By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, purchasing a subscription plan, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, subscribers, and any other individuals who interact with Alorika Global Services through any channel, including our website, phone, or email. Alorika Global Services is a United States-based subscription virtual assistant company that has been proudly operating since April 2025. With over one year of active service, we have built a reputation grounded in reliability, integrity, and genuine client care.
We provide subscription-based virtual assistant services to individuals and businesses across the United States. Our services include β but are not limited to β calendar and schedule management, digital task assistance, streaming account support, email organization, digital file management, research services, and customized virtual assistant plans.
Alorika Global Services provides professional virtual assistant services on a subscription basis. The specific services available to you are determined by the subscription plan you select. All services are delivered remotely via phone and email during standard business hours (MondayβFriday, 9 AMβ5 PM EST).

Service Availability Note: All services are subject to our business hours (MondayβFriday, 9 AMβ5 PM EST). While we strive to respond promptly to all requests, task completion times may vary depending on complexity and volume. Enhanced and Custom plan clients receive priority scheduling.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or adjust the specific services included within any plan tier. When such changes are material, we will notify active subscribers with reasonable advance notice via email.

- Plan Scope: The services included in each plan are as described on our Pricing page and Services page. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the service scope applicable to that plan tier.
- Pricing Accuracy: We strive to ensure all pricing displayed on our website is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you prior to processing any payment at an incorrect rate.
- Custom Plan Pricing: Two-Year Custom Plan pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis following a consultation. The agreed price will be confirmed in writing before any payment is processed.
- Plan Upgrades: Clients may upgrade to a higher plan tier at any time by contacting us. Upgrade pricing will be calculated on a pro-rated or full-year basis as agreed upon at the time of upgrade.
By subscribing to any Alorika Global Services plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee in accordance with the billing terms of your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors.
- Payment Methods: We accept major payment methods as indicated during the checkout or onboarding process. All transactions are processed in US Dollars.
- Billing Cycle: Annual plans are billed on a one-time annual basis. Two-Year Custom Plans are billed according to the agreed payment schedule confirmed in writing at the time of sign-up.
- No Hidden Fees: The price displayed for each plan is the total amount you will be charged. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or hidden charges of any kind.
- Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account and provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment information. Service may be temporarily suspended if payment remains unresolved after reasonable notice.
- Payment Security: We do not store full payment card numbers. All payment data is handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We cannot access your full card details.
- Receipts: A receipt or confirmation of payment will be sent to your registered email address following each successful transaction.
We want every client to feel confident in their subscription. The following terms govern cancellations and any applicable refund requests.
Cancellation
- How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, contact us directly at support@alorika.us or call 888-503-6522 during business hours. We do not currently offer a self-service cancellation portal.
- Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to active services will continue through the end of your current paid subscription period. No partial-period credits or prorations are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
- Refund Requests: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment date and explain your concern. We genuinely want to resolve any issues.
- Service Non-Performance: If we fail to deliver services as described in your plan due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will generally not be issued for cases where services have been substantially delivered, where cancellation is requested after the 14-day window, or where the client has breached these Terms.
- Custom Plans: Refund terms for Two-Year Custom Plans will be specified in your individual service agreement confirmed at the time of sign-up.
Our Commitment: We are a small, client-focused business and we take satisfaction seriously. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us before requesting a refund β we will always do our best to make things right first.
In order for us to deliver the best possible service, clients are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities. A successful virtual assistant relationship is a two-way commitment.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when signing up for services, submitting requests, and communicating with our team. Providing false information may result in service termination without refund.
- Timely Communication: Prompt and clear communication helps us serve you effectively. Please respond to our follow-up questions and confirm task completion in a timely manner.
- Appropriate Use of Credentials: If you share account credentials with us for task purposes, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder and that sharing these credentials does not violate any applicable terms of service of the relevant platform.
- Lawful Requests Only: All tasks and requests submitted to Alorika Global Services must be lawful, ethical, and consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 08). We reserve the right to decline any request that we determine is illegal, unethical, or outside the scope of our services.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts associated with your subscription, including your email address used for communications with our team.
- Respectful Communication: We maintain a professional and respectful workplace. All communication with our team must be courteous and professional. We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication.
Our services are intended for lawful, legitimate personal and business purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination without refund.
- Using our services to engage in, facilitate, or assist with any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity of any kind.
- Requesting tasks that violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, application, or service.
- Using our services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or personal rights of any third party.
- Attempting to access, collect, or compile personal data about third parties without their consent.
- Submitting malicious, deceptive, or manipulative requests designed to harm individuals, organizations, or systems.
- Using our services for spam, unsolicited marketing, phishing, or any form of deceptive communication.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your subscription or access to any third party without our express written consent.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with our website, systems, or proprietary processes.
Violation Notice: Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy grants Alorika Global Services the right to immediately suspend or terminate your subscription without refund and, if applicable, to report the activity to the appropriate authorities.
All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with Alorika Global Services β including but not limited to our website design, logo, written content, service descriptions, processes, and documentation β are the exclusive property of Alorika Global Services or our licensed content providers.
- Website Content: All text, graphics, images, logos, and other materials on alorika.us are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.
- Client Content: Any content, data, files, or materials you provide to us for the purpose of completing your requested tasks remain your property. We claim no ownership over client-provided materials.
- Work Product: Documents, drafts, or digital outputs created by our team specifically for you as part of your subscription are provided for your personal or business use. Specific ownership terms for custom deliverables will be confirmed in writing for Custom Plan clients.
- Alorika Brand: You may not use our name, logo, brand identity, or any associated trademarks in any public-facing communication, marketing materials, or representations without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the trust that has defined Alorika Global Services since we began operations in April 2025. We treat all client information with the highest standard of professional discretion.
- Our Obligation: We will keep all information you share with us β including personal data, account credentials, business information, and task content β strictly confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party except as required by law or as expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Team Access: Access to your information within our organization is limited to team members who need it solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services. All team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Your Obligation: Any proprietary processes, methodologies, pricing structures, or business information you learn about Alorika Global Services in the course of your subscription should be treated as confidential and not shared publicly without our consent.
- Duration: Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your subscription and these Terms. Even after your subscription ends, we will continue to protect any sensitive information you shared with us during the service period.
Our Promise: We have never shared, sold, or disclosed client information without lawful requirement to do so β and we never will. Your trust is the foundation of our business.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alorika Global Services and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
- Service Errors: While we strive for accuracy and reliability in all tasks, we are not liable for losses resulting from errors, omissions, or delays in service delivery, provided we have acted in good faith and with reasonable care.
- Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for any changes, outages, terms violations, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or services (such as streaming services, calendar apps, or cloud storage providers) that we assist you with.
- Maximum Liability Cap: In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your subscription shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If applicable law in your jurisdiction restricts these limitations, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by that law.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable virtual assistant services, we make no express or implied warranties beyond those explicitly described in these Terms.
- We do not warrant that our website will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.
- We do not guarantee that any specific outcome or result will be achieved through the use of our virtual assistant services, as results may vary based on circumstances beyond our control.
- We do not warrant that information provided on our website is complete, current, or free of errors at all times, though we make every effort to ensure accuracy.
- We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
What this means in plain English: We work hard to deliver excellent service and we stand behind our team. However, like any service business, we cannot guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability in all circumstances. We will always act professionally and in good faith.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alorika Global Services, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses β including reasonable legal fees β arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- Any task or instruction you provided to us that resulted in a legal claim, complaint, or liability from a third party.
- Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provided to us in connection with your subscription or service requests.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Alorika Global Services operates as a US-based business and has been doing so since April 2025.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving disputes informally, fairly, and promptly wherever possible.
- Good Faith Resolution: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before pursuing any formal legal process.
- Jurisdiction: For any disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
- Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with Alorika Global Services on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Alorika Global Services reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. We are committed to notifying you of any material changes that affect your rights or obligations.
